We use your information to provide and maintain the service, process billing, offer support, keep the platform secure, communicate important updates, and improve our products. We do not sell your personal data.
Data sharing and processors
We share data only with the service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics, and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. These providers are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
Visit counting and your privacy choice
On our public pages we count page views to see which pages are useful. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not store your IP address. If you choose "Allow return visits", we store a random anonymous id in your browser's local storage so that repeat visits from this device count once instead of many times; we also record how you reached the page (referring site or campaign tag), your device type, and your language. If you choose "Count anonymously", none of that is stored or recorded and the visit is counted for the current session only. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as a decline and do not ask. You can change your answer at any time using the "Privacy choice" link in the site footer, which also deletes the anonymous id from this device.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Security
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
